These terms and conditions constitute the full agreement between the client and Victoria Cleaning Services for the provision of cleaning services. By hiring our services, the client agrees to the terms outlined here, governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, including consumer protection regulations and health and safety laws.
Victoria Cleaning Services provides a wide range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:
These services are customised according to the client’s specific requirements, and the details of the work are agreed upon beforehand.
The client agrees to provide access to the property at the agreed time for the provision of the service. If access is not granted at the specified time, additional charges for rescheduling will apply.
The client must provide accurate information about the areas to be cleaned or painted and inform the company of any special property conditions that may require extra attention (damages, hazardous materials, etc.).
The client must notify the company of any specific cleaning product preferences or additional requirements before the service begins.
Cancellations or changes to the service must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. For cancellations outside this period, Victoria Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge 50% of the total value of the scheduled service.
For recurring services, the client may modify the service frequency by notifying the company at least 48 hours in advance.
All payments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit, or debit card.
For business services or periodic contracts, monthly billing agreements can be established.
In the case of late payments, Victoria Cleaning Services may charge 2% monthly interest on the outstanding balance, in accordance with UK law.
Victoria Cleaning Services provides all necessary cleaning products and equipment to perform the service. If the client prefers specific products, they must notify the company in advance and be prepared to supply them. The company ensures that all products used comply with applicable UK health and safety regulations.
Victoria Cleaning Services offers a satisfaction guarantee. If the client is not completely satisfied with the service, the company will return to correct any issues within 24-48 hours of notification, provided the complaint is related to the quality of the service.
Claims related to the cleaning or work will not be accepted after this period.
The company will not be liable for pre-existing damage to the property, including furniture, appliances, or surfaces, or for normal wear and tear of materials.
Victoria Cleaning Services will not be liable for damage resulting from the incorrect identification of delicate materials or surfaces requiring special treatment if the client has not previously indicated this.
The company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal or valuable items that were not secured or removed before the service.
Victoria Cleaning Services holds public liability insurance that covers potential damage to the client’s property or third parties during the service. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team’s negligence, the client will be asked to provide a detailed assessment of the damage before proceeding with compensation.

In the event of disputes related to the service, the client must notify Victoria Cleaning Services in writing within 7 days of service completion. The company will investigate and resolve any disputes promptly and fairly. If no agreement can be reached, the parties may opt for independent mediation under UK law.
Victoria Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing clients with sufficient notice and published on the company’s website.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
