Bathrooms: Thorough cleaning and disinfection of toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, tiles, and mirrors, along with the removal of limescale and mould.
Bedrooms and Living Rooms: Vacuuming and cleaning of carpets, floors, and surfaces, dusting of furniture, windows, and skirting boards, and cobweb removal.
Windows: Internal cleaning of windows and glass.
Doors and Walls: Cleaning of fingerprints, stains, and dust on doors and doorframes.
Outdoor Areas: If needed, the cleaning of patios or balconies can be included.

Terms and conditions:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If any part of the service does not meet expectations, we commit to returning and cleaning at no additional cost, provided we are informed within the first 24 hours.
  • Cleaning supplies: All products and equipment necessary for the service will be provided by us, unless the client prefers us to use their own materials.
  • Contract conditions: The service can be contracted on a recurring or one-off basis. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
  • Access to the office: The client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the agreed times. Any delays or changes in schedule must be communicated in advance.
  •   Exclusions: The service does not include the cleaning of large electronic equipment, documents, or structural repairs. Deep stain treatment on carpets or furniture is also excluded unless previously agreed. 
  • Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that may have been damaged through normal wear and tear during the occupation of the property.
