Surface cleaning: Cleaning and wiping down all surfaces, including walls, skirting boards, doors, windowsills, and light switches, ensuring that dust and residues are thoroughly removed.
Floor cleaning: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors, including carpeted areas, tiles, and hardwood floors, with specialised treatment where needed to remove stains or residues.
Bathroom and kitchen cleaning: Deep cleaning and sanitising of newly installed bathrooms and kitchens, including surfaces, sinks, countertops, and appliances.
Ventilation and air ducts: Dusting and cleaning of air vents, grilles, and ducts to ensure clean air circulation after construction.
Final touches: Polishing and final inspection of all areas, making sure the space is ready for handover or occupation.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If any part of the service does not meet your expectations, we commit to returning and addressing the issue within 24 hours at no extra cost.
  • Cleaning Supplies: We provide all necessary cleaning products and equipment, using specialised tools and solutions to handle post-construction cleaning. If the client prefers specific materials, they may request we use their own supplies.
  • Property Access: The client is responsible for providing access to the property on the agreed date. In case of delays in access, an additional charge may apply.
  •   Access to the Site: The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. Any delays or schedule changes must be communicated in advance.
  • Property Condition: The property must be vacated before the service starts to ensure effective cleaning.
  •   Exclusions: The service does not include heavy-duty repairs, large-scale rubbish removal (such as skips), or hazardous material removal. Special requests, such as deep stain treatments or specific areas requiring extra attention, must be discussed prior to the service.
  •    Contract Conditions: This service can be booked as a one-off clean. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
  •     Liability: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the property or loss of items left on-site. Our team will take care to avoid damage during the cleaning process.
