Floors: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in rooms, hallways, kitchens, and bathrooms, adapting to each surface type, whether wood, tiles, or carpets.
Kitchen: Thorough cleaning of surfaces, countertops, sinks, cupboards, and external appliances. We also clean microwaves and the interior of appliances upon request.
Bathrooms: Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, mirrors, and tiles, removing mould, limescale, and any accumulated dirt.
Common Areas: Vacuuming and cleaning sofas, tables, shelves, and any other furniture in living rooms or sitting areas, keeping everything organised and fresh-looking.
Bins and Recycling: Emptying and replacing bags in bins and separating waste for recycling as needed. Additionally, if you would like to include extra services such as cleaning stoves, ovens, fridges, or any other task that requires more time or specific attention, we can offer an additional service. Simply let us know your special needs when booking the service, and we will coordinate all the details to include these extras.

Terms and conditions:

  • Exclusions: The service does not include exterior window cleaning, repair work, or the removal of hazardous waste. These services can be quoted additionally if required.
  • Access to the Property: The client must provide access to the home at the agreed time. If access to the property is not possible, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
  • Property Access: The client is responsible for providing access to the property on the agreed date. In case of delays in access, an additional charge may apply.
  • Home Conditions: If there are particularly cluttered areas or extreme dirt, additional time or a price adjustment may be required, which will be discussed in advance with the client.
  • Cleaning Materials: We use high-quality products and equipment to ensure effective and safe cleaning. However, if the client has specific product preferences, they may request the use of their own supplies.
  •   Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, we are committed to returning and correcting any area within 24 hours of completing the service, at no additional cost.
  •    Contract Conditions: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Emergency cleanings or those outside regular hours may be subject to availability and additional charges.
