Floor cleaning: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all floors, including both high-traffic areas and less frequented spaces, removing food debris, spilled drinks, and any accumulated dirt. Surface cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting of tables, countertops, furniture, and any other surfaces used during the party. We also remove stains caused by drinks or food. Kitchen: A deep clean of the kitchen if it has been used, including washing dishes, cutlery, and utensils, as well as cleaning appliances and work surfaces. Bathrooms: Cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms, ensuring all toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors are spotless, and replenishing supplies such as toilet paper and soap if required.
Stain removal: We address any visible stains on carpets, furniture, or upholstery caused by drinks or food, attempting to restore surfaces to their original condition.
Window and mirror cleaning: Removing fingerprints, stains, and dirt from windows and mirrors that may have been soiled during the party.
We aim to be as flexible as possible. Depending on availability, we can offer next-day cleaning or schedule a time that works best for you. It's recommended to book in advance to ensure availability after larger events.

Access to the property: The customer is responsible for providing access to the area to be cleaned. In the event of delays in access, additional charges may apply.
Carpet and Furniture Condition: The customer must inform us in advance of any specific issues with the carpets or furniture (damage, delicate materials, etc.). Some delicate items may require special treatment, which could incur additional costs.
Event conditions: The customer must inform us of any sensitive or special areas requiring extra attention or where cleaning should not take place.
Waste disposal: We handle standard waste disposal, but if special bins or the removal of large volumes of rubbish are required, additional charges may apply.
Satisfaction guarantee: If any part of the service does not meet your expectations, we offer a re-clean at no additional cost, provided we are notified within 24 hours of the cleaning.
Contract conditions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Urgent bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
