Terms and conditions:
- Exclusions: We do not perform planting, new lawn installation, or landscaping work. Nor do we include large tree pruning, extensive pruning, or the removal of deep roots.
- Access to the garden: The customer is responsible for providing access to the garden area at the agreed time. Any delays or changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- Weather conditions: The service may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather, the service will be rescheduled to a date agreed upon by both parties.
- Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, we are committed to resolving any issues reported within 24 hours of the cleaning.
- Contract conditions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to availability or additional charges.
